January 7, 2009 - Following leaked retail reports from early in the week, Bandai Namco confirmed today that the Gundam: Senjo no Kizuna arcade attrAction will be coming to the psp games.
As previously detailed, the psp games version, while not replicating the virtual reality-like play feel of the arcade version, will replicate the team play mechanics. Players will be able to team up in groups of four for eight-player wireless combat.
New details that weren't in our original report include the availability of simple chat commands through the d-pad, and four player wireless play for missions. All wireless play, both in the mission mode and in the eight player combat mode, will be ad-hoc local play.
This latest Gundam Game for the Gundam fanatic's dream portable will see Japanese release on March 26. Screenshots haven't been released yet, so for now you'll have to look at the logo and imagine.
